Family Investments
Family Investments, now OneFamily, are a UK based financial services provider focussed on personal investments
I looked after Family's design needs for six years. It was quite rewarding to see them grow from a single product to offering a range of financial products, and introduce a customer portal area

A FS brand wanted to introduce a customer account area
Design of a customer facing website offering financial products, and once logged-in your can manage your finances
Family Panel
An independent initiative wanted to work with FS brands to provide clarity and tips on the subject of personal money management for individuals and families
We designed an advisory website, where useful information was collated. This also featured budget calculation tools, along with links through to suggested financial products
HMRC Tax Calculator tools
Before the advent of GDS and the shift to digital, HMRC tax returns were mostly done by paper
I ran a UX audit to improve take up of HMRC's online area; By bringing the online experience closer to paper versions, I made improvements to tax calculator tools, page layout and supporting content

My initial design work won repeat business with Esure, which led to forming a great client relationship, and a long-term retainer to look after Esure's entire digital estate, including website, advertising, comms, rebrand, and corporate

I worked with the Marketing team on campaign and acquisition work that crossed-over with ATL and BTL activities. The visual design centred around Churchill, where I worked on the website, digital advertising and help information
AXA PPP
AXA PPP provide a range of private health insurances, but felt their offerings for overseas clients needed to be improved

Universal Music Group
UMG wanted to uplift the creativity and effectiveness of their artist websites
Six years of creative, websites, E-commerce, and digital for over 60% of UMG artists, bands and music labels. Based on our bespoke platfrom, this entailed working with artists (up-and-coming, established and global superstars) to create the website and experience they wanted
Websites were usually on a per album basis - The unexpected sign of approval was when artists came back with a new album to promote
Music Mini Social Networks
With the rise of social netwoks, UMG wanted a better way to let global fans celebrate their favourite music artists
Using the bespoke MU website platform as a basis, we developed an additional tier, to let fans around the world join the Mini Social Network part of the website
Meet the Band
Music labels recognised the opportunity of creating meet sessions with fans, in tandem with concerts and international tours
To let fans have the chance to meet their idols, I designed the Meet The Band booking system that was used in conjuction with UK and global tours

Glastonbury
The Glastonbury organisers wanted a new web design agency, and one that would help with their on-the-day needs
We were engaged to make website updates in the run up to the much loved annual event. Working on-site at the festival, we made last-minutes changes live-and-direct from the VIP area and muddy Glastonbury fields
Ford Transit
Ford wanted to celebrate the versatility of the Transit Van, and show why it is the backbone of Britain
We designed a promotional website with livecasts, where our Transit van toured the UK, and transported up-and-coming music artists who performed impromptu gigs from the back of the van (artists including a soon to make it big Ed Sheeran)
McFly Super City
McFly wanted a cutting-edge website that would also let them build a sense of community
We designed a fully interactive, and futuristic immersive website with paywall subscriber area. Each band member had their own unique room, activitites and live video area to host chats with superfans

O2 Telefónica Digital Transformation
O2 Telefónica had a number of sub-brands inthe German market including O2, Fonic, Blau, Ay Yilldiz, Ortel Mobile, WhatsApp Sim, etc, however, their varied digital stacks were in need of modernisation

Having worked on content for Dell's intranet, there were limitations / workarounds needed to include more employee-centric functions
I designed and maintained a bespoke staff engagement platform, that functioned as an extranet to supplement their archaic intranets.
A 0>1 product rolled out across Europe as we added a myriad of features, including employee news updates, achievements, leaderboards, performance points, rewards system and an internal shop

A world leader in computers, Dell had been expanding their product range with monitors, printers and related peripherals

I designed microsites where Nikon could showcase their new camera + peripherals as part of co-ordinated global launches and product reveals.
And to create sense of a community, I worked on design and comms for Nikon's photography enthusiast area which won a marketing award

Sandisk had updated their range of portable and ultra-portable storage devices
Launched from the materials on device, I designed a website that was a device explainer and customer registration microsite. Additionally I created sets of digital advertising used across UK, Europe and Russia
