Design, build, set-up of email + plain text templates. These would work either with the website / service, or via an email-sending / segmentation service. These normally served as marketing, account, reminder and transactions emails

I designed and built emails for SeaWorld, and these were spotted by the Founder / CEO of MailChimp, who got in touch to write a best practice article on my process

My advertising work won repeat business with Esure, which led on to UX and CRO to improve digital touchpoints for new and existing customers

We were awarded a long-term retainer to look after Esure's digital estate comprising: website, corporate website, rebrand, advertising, print and employment portal

No Claims Insurance Game

The client wanted a light-hearted activity to include in marketing emails, and could be sent to a friend

I designed a top-down view driving game where you could drive around country roads, a suburban town or cityscape. The way to achieve a good time, was to anticipate the randomised hazards to avoid collisions, as these would affect your no-claims bonus, which was rated at the end of the 3rd lap.

Health Arcade Game

The client wanted a fun way to teach which foods were good and which were bad

We designed a simple arcade game presented in a 3D isometric format. The user controls a character that races around the course, littered with both speed-ups and obstacles. The fastest times were recorded on the weekly scoreboard
