Six years of brand-building and promotional website design and updates. I worked directly with the Family Investments digital team that initially had a single financial product.
It was pleasing to see that, as the company grew, they introduced a wider range of financial products, aimed at families, where I adapated the website to showcase multiple products.

Customer-facing marketing and transactional email communications, I ran targeted B2C mailshots, by setting up data segmentations.
I also worked on UX for the account area, which lets customers log in to administrate and see the progress of their investments.
